EnhanceFitness is a group exercise program that can help you become more active, energized, and empowered to live an independent life. 

In a typical class, you will experience: 

  • 5-minute warm-up
  • 20-minute aerobics workout
  • 5-minute cool-down  
  • 20-minute strength training workout with soft ankle and wrist weights (0 up to 20 pounds)
  • 10-minute stretching workout
  • Balance exercises throughout the class

Classes are an hour long and taught by a certified instructor.
